Experience a guided trail ride through our picturesque 100 acre property which is one of the last truly rural properties in the Freshwater Valley. The Trail Ride meanders beside cool clear creeks, through forest and grassland and provides glorious views of the Valley. They are a great opportunity to get close to nature and cater for beginner to experienced riders.

Trail Rides are generally available on weekends 1-3pm subject to the weather. Additional weekday trail rides are available during school holiday periods.

Cost is $125pp. Family of 3 or more is $105pp. Please ask about our locals' discount.

Bookings are essential. We require full payment at the time of booking. Credit card or cash is acceptable.

Minimum age of riders is 10 years unless the riders are regular CCHP clients (ie have had weekly / fortnightly lessons for at least 6 months). Minimum age for these riders is 6 years. Riders under 14 years of age must be accompanied on the trail ride by their parent/guardian/responsible adult.

Rides are restricted to minimum 6, maximum 8 riders. If there are less than 4 riders booked for your ride, we will contact you on the morning of the ride and reschedule.

Trail Ride Application

All Trail Rides are conducted by our qualified Trail Guides who are accredited with Horse Safety Australia and hold current Senior First Aid Certificates and Working with Children Blue Cards. CCHP staff are dedicated to providing a rewarding experience for clients regardless of their age or ability.
